The first of our Biomanagement Public Lecture Series brings Dr. Noorsalam Rahman Nganro, a practitioner and expert in the field of natural resource management (biomanagement). Dr. Nganro started out his career as an academic staff in the Biology Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in ITB, with an expertise in Marine Biology. His career developed along his responsibilities as the Director of Life Science Centre in ITB, Head of Centre for Research and Community Services, Director of LAPI Foundation and PT. LAPI, Director of ICCTF, and a consultant and prominent actor in the field of biodiversity business.

His public lecture talks about the role of biology (and bio-preneur) in implementing biological principles to develop an integrated and sustainable business model. Dr. Nganro provides cases through his experiences in bringing biological innovation in the business world and manage them properly.
